Join us as an Aviation Account Manager in a key regional role where you will leverage your expertise, influence strategic decisions, and contribute directly to delivering exceptional service across Western Canada.
Your role as an Aviation Account Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will act as the primary point of contact for aviation customers in Western Canada.
You will manage, develop, and grow a regional portfolio while providing technical expertise, market insight, and high-quality service.
You will travel regularly across Western Canada and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
What you will do as an Aviation Account Manager:
- Identify new business opportunities and support regional growth strategies for aviation fuel and de-icing sales;
- Manage and grow a portfolio of aviation customers, including international and regional airports, commercial operators, FBOs, charter companies, and government agencies;
- Provide technical and market expertise on aviation fuels and related products (Jet A, F-34, Avgas, glycol, quality specifications, etc.);
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular client communication and on-site visits;
- Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and manage contract renewals using a data-driven approach;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic and commercial decisions;
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Western Canada;
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and service quality;
- Promote and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all customer interactions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, performance, and profitability!

Here’s what will make you our next Aviation Account Manager:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the aviation industry
- You have knowledge of fuel products (asset)
- You have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- You have experience with financial analysis and sales tracking
- You have a customer-oriented, proactive mindset
- You have strong organizational and time management skills
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office
- You have strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written; fluency in French, both spoken and written, is an asset!
