Your mission
Under the supervision of the Coordinator, you will be at the heart of customer service. You will answer calls, enter orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure the daily satisfaction of our customers.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Answer incoming calls and process orders in the system;
- Update customer files and manage new account openings;
- Support customers with the payment portal, handle pickup requests, and provide assistance to representatives and dispatch;
- Follow up on deliveries, requests, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Do you have what it takes to be our next Customer Service Advisor?
- You have at least two years of experience in a similar position;
- You are autonomous, courteous, and have good judgment;
- You have strong communication and customer‑service skills;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
- You have good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our English‑speaking clientele).
