Your role as Multi-Site Operations Manager – Franchises

You are the point of reference for the operational performance of restaurants in your area. You work together with the managers to ensure compliance with standards, quality, compliance and sales and cost optimization.

 

More specifically, as a multi-site operations manager – franchises you will be required to:

  • Establish a cycle of regular visits to oversee field operations;
  • Analyze the performance of the establishments and propose action plans to optimize sales, costs and profitability;
  • Ensure compliance with operational, quality and food safety standards;
  • Monitor stocks, supplies and contribute to the reduction of waste;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the coherence of projects and initiatives on the territory;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and overall performance.

Will you be our next Multi-Site Operations Manager – Franchises?

  • You have a background in administration, operations management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site operations, ideally in franchises (Tim Hortons, Subway or equivalent);
  • You excel in analysis and strategic thinking;
  • You are proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • You have an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
