Your daily life as a fleet manager:

• Approve and advise on major repairs to fleet vehicles;
• Monitor the quality of repairs performed by external suppliers;
• Establish and maintain relationships with garages and external partners;
• Participate in the search and selection of new suppliers;
• Analyze fleet performance data and identify areas for optimization;
• Monitor tire usage to optimize performance and safety;
• Prepare the loads and dimensions of rolling stock according to the seasons and regulatory requirements;
• Manage incidents (accidents, mechanical breakdowns, safety recalls) and ensure their documentation;
• Provide support to regional offices and act as a resource person for mechanical issues;
• Participate in the sale of used trucks and certain special projects related to equipment.

Will you be our next fleet manager?

• You have a diploma in mechanics;
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
•  You are proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have excellent analytical skills;
• You excel in communication, negotiation and interpersonal relations;
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and initiative;
• You are able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
• You have a good knowledge of French and a working knowledge of English, both oral and written.
