As an Advisor – Retail Network Expertise Center, you will support more than 500 retailers across 8 Canadian provinces. You will become the go‑to person for our site operators and internal teams when they need reliable, clear, and professional support.

Within a dynamic and rapidly evolving expertise center, you will handle first‑line requests, ensure diligent follow‑ups, collaborate with multiple partners and suppliers, and contribute to improving our internal tools and practices. Whether by phone, in writing, or during on‑site visits, you will have a direct impact on the experience of our retailers.

This position is ideal if you enjoy analyzing, learning, collaborating, and growing in an environment where each interaction helps you develop your expertise and strengthen the efficiency of our retail network.

Your future responsibilities as an Advisor – Retail Network Expertise Center:

  • Provide comprehensive support to site operators and employees by responding to calls and emails coming into the Expertise Center, taking charge of requests, offering guidance, and ensuring proper follow‑up with the right teams; 
  • Coordinate various changes within the retail network and effectively manage communications and updates with external suppliers; 
  • Build and maintain a long‑lasting relationship of trust with site operators; 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the optimization of customer experience through various projects and initiatives.
