• Analyze and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts;
• Ensure financial follow‑ups related to the real estate section, including updating and controlling information;
• Record and reconcile bonuses, rebates, and loans paid to retailers, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• Validate internal controls and perform bank reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies;
• Contribute to year‑end files and complete Statistics Canada surveys by providing reliable and comprehensive data.

To succeed as an Accounting Technician, you need

• Strong rigor and attention to detail;
• A completed Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in accounting;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
