What you will do on a daily basis as a General Maintenance Attendant:

You will be our expert in maintenance and small repairs. You will ensure that our indoor and outdoor spaces are always functional, safe and welcoming.

A typical day as a General Maintenance Attendant: 

• You perform preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment and make various minor repairs (painting, plumbing, ventilation);
• You ensure the cleanliness of the premises, inside and out, and participate in seasonal landscaping and snow removal work;
• You replace light bulbs, inspect fire extinguishers and support subcontractors during technical interventions;
• You transport furniture, equipment or materials between the different sites;
• You participate in internal redevelopment and ensure the general good condition of the facilities.

 

What we look for in our General Maintenance Attendant:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a similar position;
• You have a valid Class 5 driver's license; (travel required)
• You are versatile, autonomous and resourceful;
• You are proactive and know how to take initiative;
• You are comfortable with basic hand tools;
• You easily use simple technologies to keep track of your tasks.
