Your days as a payroll and HR technician:

  • Prepare for the arrival of new employees (PDAs, cards, access, etc.);
  • Process and create hires in the HR software;
  • Follow up on missing documents and group insurance enrollments;
  • Administering the Service Recognition Program;
  • Produce HR reports and documents (labour movements, employment confirmations, etc.);
  • Support payroll validation and answer employee questions;
  • Rigorously update employee files and participate in the management of terminations;
  • Participate in process improvements and replace the receptionist as needed.

To become our payroll and HR technician:

  • You have a DEC in office automation or administration (or equivalent training);
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You are proficient in the Office Suite (intermediate Excel);
  • You have experience with HR and payroll systems (ADP, an asset);
  • You are rigorous, have excellent organizational skills and are confidential;
  • You are autonomous, proactive and have good judgment; You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking teams).
