Your future responsibilities as an Acquisition Accounting Analyst:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial information to prepare monthly financial reviews
- Participate in the integration of acquired companies into Harnois’ accounting systems and support operations of non-integrated entities
- Prepare and record the purchase price allocation (PPA) and ensure follow-up on related balances
- Actively contribute to the annual year-end closing process
- Collaborate on various projects such as new software implementation or grant applications

To become our next Acquisition Accounting Analyst, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A CPA designation (an asset)
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our English-speaking teams)
