You’ll work with multiple teams to find effective, fair, and human-centered solutions, while providing thoughtful follow-up to our clients.

Your future responsibilities as a Customer Relations Agent:
Respond to dissatisfied clients by phone or email regarding the company’s products, services, or policies;
Propose and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction;
Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
Support continuous improvement by contributing to the analysis of recurring complaints and participating in governance meetings.

To be a Customer Relations Agent, you’ll need
Bilingualism (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking clients);
The ability to conduct effective negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
The ability to understand customer concerns and respond with calm and professionalism, even in sensitive situations.
