Your future responsibilities as a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Manage the email inbox and customer requests, including complex situations by email or phone, while ensuring a quick and rigorous follow-up;
  • Analyze contact center performance indicators and ensure the resolution of pending tasks;
  • Collaborate with the sales team and support the regional offices in the management of incoming calls;
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding and integration of staff, and identify training needs;
  • Supervise the team's work, evaluate performance and ensure conflict management.
  • Review and approve customer contact center agent timesheets and arrange follow-up meetings with the team.
  • Ensure a floor presence and answer questions from agents.

What will make you our next Customer Service Coordinator:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in team management and 5 years in customer service;
  • You know how to work under pressure and manage priorities;
  • You are courteous and have an excellent sense of service;
  • You have very good communication skills;
  • You are able to make decisions quickly and accurately;
  • You have a sense of responsibility and organization;
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking clientele) (asset).
