You will play a key role in the transformation of the organization by supporting business units, structuring strategic projects and optimizing high-impact processes.
Your mission
In collaboration with the Corporate Transformation Department, you play a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives. You structure, manage and develop high-impact projects and processes, mobilizing teams and ensuring the achievement of results. Through your approach, you contribute to optimizing the way things are done, generating value and supporting the evolution of the organization.
More specifically, as a Project Manager – Organizational Transformation, you will be required to:
Project Management Component
- Plan and frame projects: objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources;
- Coordinate activities and monitor progress;
- Provide analysis and recommendations to sponsors;
- Mobilize internal or external stakeholders around a clear vision of the results to be achieved;
- Produce and maintain project documentation (charter, plan, risks, reports, etc.);
- Prepare and lead workshops on work and decision-making.
Continuous improvement component
- Identify key processes to be optimized in line with strategic objectives;
- Highlight the performance levers and indicators to be monitored;
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistency of processes;
- Identify opportunities for value for money;
- Equip and support teams in monitoring results;
- Collaborate with IT teams (ISAs) to develop user-centric solutions;
- Participate in the governance bodies of your domain;
- Manage several projects in parallel with rigor and efficiency;
- Co-construct change management plans with HR.

Here's what will make you our next Project Manager – Organizational Transformation:
- You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, administration or equivalent;
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, organizational transformation or project management;
- You have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices (green/black belt: an asset) and project management methodologies (PMP: an asset);
- You have an excellent command of office automation tools, including the Office suite, and experience with project management tools such as Jira (an asset);
- You have an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English;
- You demonstrate mobilizing leadership and a strong ability to influence;
- You have structured thinking, excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mind;
- You are comfortable facilitating, communicating and facilitating workshops;
- You are recognized for your ability to build trusting relationships and rally teams;
- You are able to navigate changing environments and ambiguity;
- You know how to manage several priorities with rigor, efficiency and organizational skills.
