Do you want to play a strategic role in business development with commercial customers in the propane, fuel and marine sectors? We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can build strong relationships and contribute to the growth of the client portfolio.


 

What your daily life as a sales representative in business development will look like:

  • Develop, maintain and grow business relationships with reseller customers in the propane, fuels and marine sectors;
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities and make recommendations to management;
  • Develop and prospect new resellers and business partners in the market;
  • Promote the company's products and ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers;
  • Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements to maximize the profitability of accounts;
  • Maintain regular contact with business customers and ensure quality customer service;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (transportation, strategic purchasing and operations) to ensure optimal service;
  • Conduct market monitoring (prices, trends, industry) to support decision-making and competitiveness;
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to analyses and recommendations related to the management of the client portfolio;
  • Represent the company at propane and marine industry events and conferences.

To be a sales representative in business development with us:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account development or B2B customer relationship management;
  • You are recognized for your ability to develop strong and lasting business relationships;
  • You know how to analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions;
  • You are autonomous, structured and comfortable managing a portfolio of commercial clients;
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills; You are perfectly bilingual (French and English, oral and written);
  • You have knowledge of the petroleum or marine products sector (an asset);
  • Tu maîtrises la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
