About the position
As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will play a key role in managing public sector tenders. You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation, and submission of bids, while actively contributing to business development, profitability, and customer loyalty.
As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will:
- Develop business opportunities with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities, providing recommendations to management;
- Manage the full RFP process: requirement analysis, internal coordination, pricing structure development, and bid preparation;
- Conduct profitability analysis (costs, margins, transportation, contractual conditions) and recommend bidding strategies;
- Prepare, submit, and track bids, while maintaining accurate records and communicating results;
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize performance and profitability;

Will you be our next Public Tenders Specialist?
- You hold a degree in business administration or a related field;
- You have experience in public tenders or a similar role, with a solid understanding of the bidding process;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis and manipulation;
- You have strong adaptability, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and solid communication and follow-up abilities;
- You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our English-speaking teams).
