Schedule: Part-time – Approximately 20 hours per week

Your mission as a Part-Time Customer Service Agent:

• Answer calls and process orders in the system;
• Update customer files and manage account openings;
• Follow up on deliveries, requests, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Guide customers through the payment portal, handle pickup requests, and provide support to representatives and dispatch.

• You have experience in customer service or a similar role;
• You are autonomous, courteous, and exercise good judgment;
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
• You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
• You are bilingual (English is required to communicate with our anglophone clientele).
