Your role as a Business Performance Analyst:

As a Business Performance Analyst, you analyze the needs of our retail and Cardlock networks and propose solutions to optimize operations and support growth. You develop and maintain decision-making tools, while acting as a real link between the different teams involved. With your expertise, you actively contribute to continuous improvement, profitability and informed decision-making.

 

Your days as a Business Performance Analyst:

• Identify, define, analyze and document the business needs of the retail and Cardlock network;
• Develop and propose concrete and adapted business solutions;
• Develop, structure and maintain management reports in collaboration with internal teams;
• Maintain the ranking of the sites of the Proxi network;
• Manage and optimize the bonus program;
• Analyze the ROI of retail and Cardlock network projects and make recommendations;
• Develop decision-making tools and comparative analyses;
• Optimize network performance initiatives, including the RSOI;
• Write and present your analyses in a clear and strategic manner;
• Advise and support retail network managers and Cardlock with a view to continuous improvement;
• Participate in the development of budgets, forecasts and strategic planning of the network;
• Contribute to the analysis of acquisitions and the monitoring of market trends; Continuously develop your analytical and business intelligence skills;
• Actively participate in meetings and projects aimed at improving organizational performance.

To become our Business Performance Analyst:

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field;
• You have between 5 and 8 years of experience in a similar role;
• You stand out for your strong analytical skills and your sense of problem solving;
• You are autonomous, rigorous and have an excellent sense of responsibility;
• You are recognized for your organization and your ability to manage priorities;
• You are comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple files simultaneously;
• You are proficient in the advanced functions of Excel and the Microsoft suite;
• You have a good knowledge of the oil sector (an asset);
• You have an excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
