Your mission as a project manager – continuous improvement

In collaboration with the Corporate Transformation Department, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, while optimizing processes and creating value for our clients and teams.

 

More specifically, as a Project Manager – Continuous Improvement You will be required to: 

• Mobilize stakeholders around a clear vision of the results to be achieved;
• Define and structure projects: scope, objectives, deliverables and key indicators;
• Identify and optimize critical processes related to strategic objectives;
• Prioritize projects with high added value for the organization;
• Prepare and lead workshops that promote continuous improvement and process maturity;
• Support the documentation, formalization and consistency of business processes;
• Support teams in project monitoring, change management and presentation of results;
• Collaborate with the Business Solutions Innovation team to develop tools focused on user experience.

Here's what will make you our next project manager – continuous improvement:

• You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, administration or equivalent;
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, organizational transformation or project management;
• You have knowledge of Lean practices (green/black belt: an asset) and project management methodologies (PMP: an asset);
• You have an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English;
• You have mobilizing leadership, structured thinking and a strong analytical capacity;
• You are comfortable facilitating, communicating and managing change;
• You have the ability to evolve in changing environments and to navigate ambiguity.
