Energies is looking for a sales support technician like you! A key, varied and
concrete role at the heart of our business activities.
Your role as a sales support technician
You will play a critical role in supporting account managers and directors. You will contribute to the fluidity of operations, data analysis and continuous process improvement.
Your main responsibilities as a Sales Support Technician:
- Manage the administrative oversight of key customer accounts, including account openings, contract administration, pricing management and price updates.
- Support sales teams and management in handling technical or more complex requests, collaborating with IT support as needed.
- Act as an administrative and technical point of reference for sales agents, provide day‑to‑day support and contribute to team training initiatives.
- Produce, analyze and maintain various analytical reports (margins, consumption, rebates, billing) across all business lines.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, meetings with external clients or partners, and contribute to the optimization of tools and processes.
- Design and update presentations, dashboards and tracking tools, as well as manage platform access and ensure follow‑up and tracking of claims.

What we're looking for in our next sales support technician :
- You have a DEC in administration and a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or sales;
- You have experience in managing accounts receivable and contracts;
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and you are comfortable with data analysis;
- You are organized, rigorous and autonomous in your work;
- You know how to manage several priorities and meet deadlines;
- You have a good analytical mind and an eye for detail;
- You stand out for your team spirit, your sense of service and your ability to adapt;
- You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English and French are required in order to communicate with our clientele)
