Being a BI Analyst at Harnois Énergies means:

• Analyzing and formalizing business analytical needs, then translating them into indicators, metrics, and data products aligned with the corporate vision
• Designing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards, reports, and advanced analyses
• Identifying value‑creation opportunities from data (insights, trends, anomalies) to support decision‑making
• Participating in the evolution of the BI ecosystem, including semantic layers, analytical models, business rules, and contributing to functional testing and quality assurance of deliverables
• Supporting BI users, providing training, promoting self‑service analytics, and documenting analytical solutions

Do you have the profile to become our next BI Analyst?

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in SQLGood knowledge of BI tools (Tableau is an asset)
• Recognized analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences
