Want to play a key role in optimizing our propane operations? We are looking for a motivated, rigorous and solution-oriented inventory and asset specialist to improve and structure our management systems.
Your mission as an inventory and asset specialist:
Under the supervision of the Inventory Manager, you will optimize the management of propane tanks and ensure the reliability of the data. You will contribute directly to the analysis, improvement and performance of the inventory systems at the heart of our operations.
What does your daily life as an inventory and asset specialist look like:
- Collaborate closely with the Manager, Inventory and the Advisor, Business Process Optimization;
- Act as a resource person for inventory systems, including Live Progression and JDE;
- Identify, analyze and correct errors in inventory systems;
- Produce analysis reports and propose recommendations to improve processes and tools;
- Deploy solutions to identified problems and monitor actions;
- Actively participate in the life cycle of the tanks: tracking, movements, transactions, traceability;
- Analyze all transactions related to tank movements to ensure accuracy;
- Provide training on inventory systems to stakeholders;
- Work in reservoir-related assets and ensure data reliability.

To be our Inventory & Asset Specialist, you must:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have strong analytical skills and know how to solve complex problems;
- You have an excellent learning ability and a remarkable ease with computer systems;
- You work independently, with rigor and a sense of initiative;
- You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills;
- You know how to make informed decisions and contribute directly to the optimization of strategic processes;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel at an advanced level;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Progression Live and JDE systems (asset);
- You have a very good command of French, both orally and in writing.
