Discover your future responsibilities as a Trainer:

• Develop training tools to be used during driver integration;
• Follow up on training, evaluate performance, and suggest improvements;
• Represent the company at hiring fairs;

To become a Trainer at Harnois Énergies, you must:

• Have strong communication and teaching skills;
• Be up to date with current government policies and regulations;
• Know the rules governing the transportation of hazardous materials;
• Have a very good knowledge of rules related to driving hours and electronic logs;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
