We're looking for a passionate and strategic Aviation Sales Director to develop sales across Canada. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to play a key role in the growth of an innovative company, this is the position for you!
Your role as an Aviation Sales Director:
In collaboration with the Vice-President of Aviation, Wholesale Sales and Purchasing, you will ensure the smooth running of the Canadian sales team and operations at our FBO in Quebec City. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with commercial and industrial customers, as well as conducting market intelligence to improve market share. You'll also make strategic decisions to optimize your sector's human, material, and financial resources.
Working with us as an Aviation Sales Director :
- Identifying growth opportunities and monitoring sales targets to promote products to commercial and industrial customers;
- Maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high quality service;
- Analyze sales, profitability, and adjust strategies to meet targets;
- Ensure the implementation and optimization of policies, procedures, and tools necessary for sales operations;
- Supervise Quebec FBO operations, control costs, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations;
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, while optimizing work distribution and ensuring individual performance;
- Monitor market trends, participate in aviation events, and adapt strategies to maintain the company's competitiveness.

Will you be our next Aviation Sales Director?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in administration, science, operations and logistics management, sales, or equivalent experience;
- You have more than 8 years' experience in the fuel industry or aviation;
- You are familiar with management accounting, including cost analysis, statistics and budget tracking;
- You have an excellent knowledge of budgeting and accounting;
- You are familiar with environmental laws and regulations;
- You are fluently bilingual (to be able to communicate with our French-speaking clients);
- You know how to work under pressure while effectively managing your time and priorities;
- You excel at communicating, influencing, and supervising;
- You have an analytical mind that enables you to solve complex problems;
- You inspire confidence, build high-performance teams, and adopt an action-oriented, results-oriented and collaborative approach.
